What is the purpose of completing an application form?
It is essential for everyone's safety and comfort that your pet is suitable for our unique environment. The initial step in this process is to have your pet undergo an assessment procedure, and the application assists us in this regard.
Why was my application rejected?
We carefully evaluate all aspects of the application and our interaction during the meet & greet. While we wish we could accommodate every pet, our unique space has limitations. Currently, we feel that your pet requires additional preparation before joining an open play daycare. To get your pet ready for an open play daycare, click here.
Is it possible to reapply if our application is rejected?
Don't worry! Keep in mind, it's not personal. It's not a 'failure,' but rather a preference your pet has. To get your pet ready for open play following an unsuccessful meet & greet assessment, we recommend socializing your cat or dog and slowly acclimating them to the environment. Introduce your cat or dog to both familiar cats and dogs, take them on walks around the neighborhood, visit dog parks with known dogs, or start with just a couple of other cats or dogs. Assist your furry companion in getting used to the activity and typical interactions they will encounter in our daycare.
Age and Vaccinations
Safety and health is a top priority for us. To ensure the well-being of all pets, kindly request your veterinarian to email us a confirmation of current vaccinations for the following requirements:
At 325 Stay ‘n Play, current policy does not mandate dogs to have the canine influenza vaccine. However, we recommend discussing canine influenza with your veterinarian to assess its suitability based on your dog's lifestyle.
What is your medication policy?
Administration of oral or topical medication is available within limits. Medications must be prescribed by a veterinarian. Medications must be in it’s prescribed container and must come with it’s instructions. We will not administer expired medications.
Does my pet need to be potty or litter trained?
We understand that pets might be at different life stages, and potty or litter training can sometimes be challenging. While your pet doesn't need to be fully trained to stay with us, we do ask pet parents to follow a suggested schedule for untrained pets to help us better care for your furry companion. Training is a joint effort between pet parents and 325 Stay ‘n Play. With your dedication, your pet will be potty trained in no time.
Do you have any breed restrictions?
At 325 Stay ‘n Play, there are no breed restrictions, unlike some other daycare facilities. However, we do assess dogs based on their temperament. During a 'meet & greet', we evaluate dogs for any signs of aggression and their suitability for the open play environment. While it's uncommon for a dog to be deemed unsuitable, it can happen. This is perfectly fine as some dogs may not be comfortable with open play or being in crates, which we use for nap time, feeding, and timeouts. We acknowledge that dogs vary not by breed but by personality and preferences. For example, senior dogs accustomed to solitude may not enjoy interacting with other dogs constantly. At 325 Stay 'n Play, we can cater to their need for personal space and monitor them to ensure they are not stressed. However, some dogs may simply not be interested in open play at all, and in such cases, 325 Stay 'n Play may not be the ideal fit for them at the moment.
Concerned About the meet & greet?
No need to worry! It's not a formal assessment but rather a way for us to ensure your furry friend will thrive here. As a caring pet owner, you only want the best for your pup, and we aim to assist you in making the perfect choice for your dog right from the start.

We prioritize hand hygiene.
Safety measures include:

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
